Pros:
affordable, decent space, great location
Cons:
nothing too bad - sometimes loud music comes from the courtyard, there are occasional mice, the hot water goes out frequently but never for too long
Advice to owner:
take better care of the building.

Noise levels from street and from neighbors.
The overall building and surroundings is just dirty.
The management company doesn’t care unless you bother them a lot.
They don’t upkeep units at all.
Building front door call system has been broken and fixed and broken the entire time I’ve lived here. This is a security issue.
Advice to owner:
Take a little more care of your buildings and update them from time to time. My unit has 4 outlets in the entire thing, my bathroom ceiling is leaking and someone throws food into the court yard to feed the pigeons all the time. Just care a little bit. Also fix the door please!
