You Get What You Pay For I Guess...

Pros:
Rent stabilized Super close to the park and the train Mostly families in the building Neighborhood has lots of amenities (Target, Laundry, Grocery, Restaurants etc)

Pros:
Landlord is responsive to issues. Building is clean. Apartment itself is pretty spacious and rent stabilized (always check if you’re apartment is rent stabilized.
Cons:
The walls/floors don’t block sound out too well, so noise cancelling headphones should be your friends. The building is old, and a renovated apartment might not look the most fantastic. But, really, not that bad.
Advice to owner:
🤷🏽♂️, they’ve taken care of my issues and I’ve appreciated their responsiveness, even during the pandemic. Good work.
