Avoid this building and go for another one
Former Tenant
Pros:
Same block to the train and quiet neighborhood
Cons:
The landlord and management office can be unresponsive with urgent matters, the supposed exterminator barely wants to work as I never saw him in my time living there and had to take measures myself for pest control, they will refuse to renew lease for no reason and make things difficult for you to apply, the office staff will be rude to you so avoid at all costs this building and management
Advice to owner:
Actually respond to your emails and have better office staff, listen to your tenants and don’t be an a**h*le
