Decent place to live.
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is a decent place to live. Hallways, stairwells and lobby are kept clean. Trash is managed well compared to many buildings on the block. Close to Prospect Park and close to the train.
Cons:
Condo building so experience may vary. No elevator. While the building is close to the Park and the subway, there's not much else going on in the neighborhood. Other buildings on the block do not seem as well maintained, I frequently saw rodents on my way home digging through trash in front of other buildings.
