2022 Worst landlord: number 39
Former Tenant
Pros:
The tenants are all great, being right next to the Church ave station is very convenient. Some apartments are renovated-ish.
Cons:
There is an obscene amount of open HPD violations that are ignored such as: faulty elevators people get stuck in, rodents and roaches, leaking ceilings, water being cut off from the whole building with no / short notice, etc. Tenants have had to organize in order to have basic needs met!
Advice to owner:
Meet our demands and provide livable housing to all tenants.

7 year tenant review
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. Spacious rooms, especially bedroom and living room. 2. Eric is a wonderful porter and works hard at his job.
Cons:
1. Noise levels of neighbors outside. 2. Right by a train so tons of pedestrian traffic. 3. Rats starting to come in the front because people leave trash in the front of the building.
Advice to owner:
A building upgrade every few years won't hurt.
