Former Tenant
Pros:
Very Spacious apartments
Cons:
Water pressure, heat, only 1 one internet provider, owner responsiveness to issues, closet space, super
Advice to owner:
Fix the water pressure, provide better insulation in the main bedrooms, get someone besides optimum to provide internet/phone/cable, get a ticketing system to track repairs so things get missed less or not at all.
