Close to prospect park Extra large apartments for the price Super and landlord are responsive

Terrible cockroach problem Rats and mice Overall pests in building is awful Super not helpful on weekends
Advice to owner:
The pest problem is awful, but I’m not sure what the owner could do.

Block is loud and riddled with rats
