Solid building, Bad Location, Slumy Landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is clean, well maintained compared to others in the area (basic needs like heat, air, plumbing addressed quickly). Chill neighbors, gym, outdoor patio
Cons:
Landlords and management show true colors during covid and their way to suck tenants dry and give no concessions during tough times. Other buildings offer, but they will offer you nothing. They only care about you paying. Area is crap, many drug dealers and crime near by for the price youre paying. Noisy busy block. Good for Tech Gentrifiers who are delusional about Brooklyn, and think they are helping solve it.
Advice to owner:
Stop thinking short term with your money and how you treat people. Because at the end of the day, people talk and we know where all of your buildings are located
