I wouldn’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent was somewhat affordable during the pandemic rental boom. My neighbors were all nice folks.
Cons:
The management company does not care about tenants. There were no pandemic precautions taken.

I suspected that my apartment was illegal due to the lack of windows in all but one room (my fault for signing the lease I suppose).

Calls for maintenance through the app will go unanswered (the super is a great guy but I suspect he doesn’t get any support from the management company). I had several instances of cockroaches and many leaks in my apartment. Water was also randomly shut off pretty regularly. The common space in the building is also pretty filthy. People smoke cigarettes in the building and it will seep into your apartment.

They refused to send my security deposit until I threatened to take them to small claims court. I had to go to their management office and pick up the check in person 2 times because the first check bounced. I’m not sure I would have gotten my money back if I moved somewhere further.
