Relatively response management, affordable
Pros
Nice lobby, common spaces are pretty well kept, older building so noise from other apartments is minimal, management is pretty responsive and helpful, they are doing masonry work so our windows no longer leak
Cons
We have a persistent roach problem in our kitchen. They consistently send the exterminator but have not been helpful about more permanent solutions (fumigation/replacing appliances). People smoke in the hallways sometimes. Packages sometimes go missing because they get left in the outer lobby.
Advice to the owners
Stricter smoking policies/put cameras in the hallway. Repaint the hallways.
