Decent But Overpriced

Pros:
Great pest control, central location, neighbors are friendly, washer dryer in unit and other desirable appliances
Cons:
I was conned into taking a smaller apartment for more money, so I have no closet. Walls are paper thin so even if my neighbors aren’t trying to be loud I can hear everything. Marketed as an elevator building but the elevator is only for accessible units. There’s also no towel rack or toilet paper holder…
