Very bad experience

Pros:
Good location, close to prospect park, affordable.
Cons:
super LOUD. not clean at all. a lot of harassment.
Advice to owner:
Try to find a permanent solution to how unclean and loud it is, and also to how disrespectful people who are hanging out outside and at the stairs all the time harassing guests and other tenants sometimes.

Spacious for the price
Cons:
Everything else. Noisy Neighbor hanging out drinking loud music outside. Super doesn’t do a good job. They don’t clean at all. Horrible condition to live. Rodents pest problem. Dirty
Advice to owner:
The management is horrible. Do not live here to avoid stress and problems.
