Nice people, building is okay

Pros

The neighbors are friendly and respectful. Rooms are large, and it's a great location.

Cons

The super is always around and a good neighbor, but fixes/repairs to the apartment will be pretty slapdash. Laundry room is often dirty, the machines break constantly. Not usually a long wait to use it though :)

Please update to an electronic lease, signature and payment system.
