Nice people, building is okay

Pros:
The neighbors are friendly and respectful. Rooms are large, and it's a great location.
Cons:
The super is always around and a good neighbor, but fixes/repairs to the apartment will be pretty slapdash.

Laundry room is often dirty, the machines break constantly. Not usually a long wait to use it though :)
Advice to owner:
Please update to an electronic lease, signature and payment system.
