I couldn’t handle the ceiling noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gorgeous courtyard, great super, neighborly neighbors
Cons:
In my unit, I could easily hear noise from three other apartments, including every footstep from my upstairs neighbor. He was also a musician who practiced at home, and was not receptive when I asked him to moderate his volume, so I decided to look for a quieter apartment. There was also a significant roach problem when I moved in, but over time the exterminator handled it
