2020 prices; 1970s care
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apts are spacious. Short walk from Prospect Park.
Cons:
Mgmt neglect from the hallways to the apts and choice of super. Dirty entry, halls and stairs, maintenance either nonexistent or substandard. Quick/cheap fix and kicking the can down the road sucks tenant time with repeat calls and complaints. Unresponsive. Very poor care and maintenance at gentrification prices.
