Overall great value, clean, and beautiful (Lived here 2021-2022)
Former Tenant
Pros:
- In-unit washer/dryer - Great fixtures and counters - Would often see the cleaning lady cleaning the elevator and floors! - Keycard access to building and apartment - Gym and private backyard available - Management was very responsive
Cons:
- The electricity bill was insanely expensive even though we did not turn on the heat for 2 weeks to try to save money. It would possibly cost up to $500/month. We do not understand where the bill was coming from. It most likely is because this is an all-electricity building. - Due to neighbors, during time I lived there, front yard would often have a lot of trash or dog feces in the front. - The sewage pipe in the closet floor for the washer/dryer would reek and everytime we did laundry and opened the doors, it would put out a gush of sewage smell. Management was aware and informed us that we would need to pour water down the drain every so often so that the smell would quell. Though this worked, it was not the most convenient situation.

Responsive management - Good amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
- management/super are responsive; porter does a great job; quiet if back facing; quiet, small building; full amenities in-unit, big king bedrooms; private balconies; pretty nice bathrooms; big backyard w/ grills; small gym, but never crowded
Cons:
A few issues with door fob, but quickly fixed; appliances are small; fridge is a little small; living room is very small (had to replace our couch); a few roach spottings in the basement (but responsive mgmt); backyard astroturf not maintained; backyard chairs and tables are cheap; too much air freshener after cleanings; shower glass does not block water from bathroom floor; poor insulation and grout work in bathroom; some detailing in walls, sealings, caulking, hardwood floors not done well and peeling after one year as first tenants ever.
Advice to owner:
Redo caulking in bathrooms before building develops mold; better maintain the backyard providing rakes and clearing out leaves/branches; open up both sides of the roof

Beautiful Brand New
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small number of units. Close to lots of trains, the park, a few bars. New building w/ full amenities (WD, D, roof, backyard, gym. Building manager is very nice and responsive. Soundproof windows No shared walls Balconies/though small Big bedroom Open kitchen Bright
Cons:
Loud doors, echoing from hallways/elevator. Street noise if front facing (traffic, music, drinking). Streets have trash left around. Small living room connected to kitchen New so backyard and roof not finished.
Advice to owner:
Add to the hallway walls for soundproofing. Unlock settings for a/c and heat.
