Pretty decent rental experience!

Pros:
- really thick walls…they’re renovating the unit next to me, and I never hear any construction noise in my unit - really responsive management & super (almost all of my issues have been fixed within 24 hours) - the super is fantastic—really sweet & responsive - recently renovated so everything works well
Cons:
- confusing trash management. There are no bins to dispose of trash. We just leave it outside which attracts rats. - Lots of rats in the outside trash area. I’ve never seen them inside the building though.
