Awful absent management
Former Tenant
Pros:
When I started the price was good for the space. It’s also near prospect park and in between multiple forms of transportation.
Cons:
Management did not respond to maintenance requests whether they were minor or urgent. Our oven remained locked because we never got maintenance. One of the windows never closed and we never got an exterminator.
Advice to owner:
Don’t hike rent without maintenance. Respond to requests so tenants can use the whole apartment.

Illegal Conversion Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big backyard (even if it’s completely untamed)
Cons:
Our apartment was an illegal conversion, there were old non-working AC units through the walls that the owner refused to remove
Advice to owner:
Maybe don’t illegally convert your building to have more units?
