Nice place in Flatbush
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly neighbors, pretty quiet block. Maintenance team was responsive and helpful. Location is great — close to the Q, and close to Prospect Park. Lots of shops, grocery store, etc., nearby.
Cons:
Had some neighbors who would fight loudly sometimes during my time there, but that was about it

It is okay…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Flatbush is a nice neighborhood. It’s great to be so close to prospect park. This building has an amazon hub which is nice
Cons:
They take forever to get back on maintenance requests.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your clients.
