Will Fine You For ANYTHING
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent size apartment and bedrooms Exposed brick Wash/dryer in unit Dishwasher in unit
Cons:
The walls are paper thin and the unit is directly above a PARTY CENTER. You will never have a quiet night in this place. The new management as of 2021 will nickel and dime you for absolutely anything. They accuse you of going out on the roof top (which isn’t allowed) or putting trash out incorrectly with no proof. Then fine you for the infraction. They hold no responsibility as the management company and expect the tenants to be liable for everything. Even after a weekend of back to back parties in the event space downstairs, they accuse the tenants of any large messes from the trash. Obviously trays of food, balloon arches, and a bunch of liquor bottles left loose on the street are from the event space. THEY should be held accountable.
Advice to owner:
If you’re going to accuse your tenants of things they haven’t done, then install street view/rooftop cameras. Stop acting like the tenants just throw trash out their windows and starting hold the event space to a higher standard.
