infested with bedbugs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Our neighbors were loud lmao but they were really nice people. It’s Flatbush it’s loud you can’t change that.
Cons:
The building was never cleaned, the front door was always broken, the heat would sometimes not be turned on in winter, the water would shut off sometimes mid shower or there just wouldn’t be hot water but really none of that matters compared to the fact that it’s infested with EVERY pest. IDK why it says no bedbugs within the year that is FALSE. Bedbugs, roaches, mice, all of it. It was havoc on our minds, sleeping became a torture bc no matter what we did the bed bugs always came back since it was a problem with the entire building.
