Renovated building and thats it
Cons:
Renovated except they did not renovate from the inside out, they just made it better looking aesthetically. Management is poor. Struggled with mice for 4 months

Cute building with some quirks

Pros:
Great neighbors, great location, nice gym downstairs
Cons:
We had problems with mice and flies. We had plumbing issues for several months, and the water pressure is low. The floor of the roof deck is not well kept/could be hazardous due to loose wooden planks.
Advice to owner:
Seal all the holes in the kitchen area to avoid mice coming into the apartments
