Land lord Sucks

Being close to the train

Land lords don’t do repairs, don’t answer the phone, the sockets in the wall don’t hold the plugs, land lords has attitude problems, the wife doesn’t comprehend proper English, roof needs fixing, a lot of leaks, electrical wiring problem is seriously bad cannot have on a air conditioner, use to be able to run two ac’s at once now can’t even run one, neighborhood is horrible, always gun shots being heard, always a crowd of wanna be thugs watching all the movement on the block, landlords always have leaks on every floor and the roof, no access to the power circuit breaker when power cuts off landlords purposely not answering phone when it happens, landlord Jump starting electricity for some reason the electric bill is always higher than normal when I cant even use power here, landlords jump starting electricity and never answer when we call con Edison over to read the meter, they never allow con Edison to read the meters, always a problem with the windows, windows ever stay locked at the top insects fly in, and last but not least had someone break into the apartment and landlord never did anything so make sure you purchase adt or home security! No heat in the winter you’ll be freezing
Advice to owner:
Stop being a piece of shit, and take care of what’s messed up in the apartments and value your tenants because with that horrible service and shitty attitude I can’t picture People wanting to stay long
