Nice Building Which Has Seen Worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
The new management is really good with the upkeep and maintenance of this building.
It’s on a relatively quiet street.
Cons:
People smoke and hang out in the hallways late night/early mornings.
Lost of rodents despite exterminator services regularly
Advice to owner:
Address people defeating the safety lock on the front door, address the smoking in the hallways.
