bed bug central

Pros:
the neighbors that have been there for a while a pretty decent people.
Cons:
bed bug central. plus the boiler is not well maintained so they freeze you to death. it’s run by two sisters who don’t know what they’re doing. The ghetto sister is in charge of keeping track of the rent payments and every now and then, she likes to hit you with a rent breakdown that says you owe a million dollars . crooks. keep your receipts.
Advice to owner:
fix the bed bug issue it’s really terrible how it goes from apt to apt and they do nothing.
fix the trash issue . fix the accounting. stop sleeping with the useless handyman and get someone reliable that can actually fix stuff.
