Never think to live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing/ on the cheaper side but not worth it
Cons:
Mice are everywhere, its a hazardous building to live in. Pests also, landlord never responds, always noisy and there’s always clutter. The building is extremely dirty and it smells horrible. It’s not a good place at all
Advice to owner:
Respond and actually care about the building
