Decent busing, awful management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge apartment, not too pricey, neighbors were normally cool.
Cons:
The bathroom flooded at least 6 times a year and the landlord did nothing. Worked their maintenance crew to the bone. We left because the maintenance was so bad
Advice to owner:
Fix literally anything

Massive pre-war apartments at a cost.
Former Tenant
Pros:
My living room is 4 times the size all my friends. My room can fit two king size beds. We have so many closets. Our kitchen is the size of a normal Brooklyn living room.
Cons:
Building is straight up not managed well, things are kinda falling apart now, the bathroom has flooded way too many times.
Advice to owner:
Perhaps get more dedicated supers, one per building.

Apartment on 5th floor
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the train, neighbors are generally friendly.
Cons:
Too close to the train - had to use a fan/white noise to sleep at night. Cockroaches in kitchen.
Advice to owner:
Better pest control/garbage management. Some of the common areas could be refreshed/repainted as well.
