My street was a disco every night 🤷🏻‍♀️
Former Tenant
Pros:
HUGE apartments for cheap, two showers in the same bathroom
Cons:
My street turned into a party every day by 5pm - cars parked outside blasting their music with club level amps. My next door neighbors seemed to want to compete with this and returned the favor.
Advice to owner:
Warn all street facing tenants about the noise.

Pretty Good Flatbush Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, spacious units
Cons:
My unit's bathroom sink doesn't have the greatest hot water pressure. Prewar style toilets make it difficult to install bidet
Advice to owner:
Very responsive property owner. Super isn't the most responsive though. So it evens itself out as to how much actually gets fixed on time.
