Generally nice building and super, but there are some loud and filthy neighbors.

Pros:
1. They frequently clean the common areas and take out the trash.
2. Very convenient area. There are lots of stores, banks, shops, public transit, and a park nearby.
3. Nice super(Gustavo). He does not speak English well and does not respond to texts. But generally, he is nice and if you are going to call him he tries to solve the issues within the same day. So just call him.
Cons:
I mostly have issues with some people who live here.
1. Noise. Some neighbors including people in the buildings next door play loud music and have parties. Once in 1-3 months, it also happens in the middle of the night.
2. Thrash. Some residents throw their trash out of the windows into the inner courtyard area of the building and the rodents feed on that trash. Fortunately, I have not seen rodents inside the building. I even had someone pour out their leftovers on my AC.
3. Some roaches.
4. 1-2 a year there is no hot water for a day.
Advice to owner:
Please get rid of those filthy and loud people.

Good price, but you'll deal with pests.

Pros:
Building keeps general areas clean and takes garbage out daily

Decent location, walking distance to the park.
Cons:
Its an old building, expect a lot of roach activity at night. Also had a mouse at one point.
