Pros:
Nice neighbors and very quiet building.
Cons:
Super is slow to repair things and landlord is very difficult to get ahold of. I've had mice for 5 months and I had to report it to the super repeatedly, file a complaint with 311, and send a letter to the landlord before finally getting an exterminator to service my unit.
Advice to owner:
Start actually giving a shit.
