Completely unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized, elevator, super is nice
Cons:
Coordinating any kind of repair is a nightmare because nobody in management will speak to you on the phone, they don't inform their outside vendors that you're home waiting for them, and twist the narrative to make it your fault.
Also, people allow their children and pets to play in the hallways for hours at a time causing a huge noise disturbance.
Advice to owner:
Just pick up the damn phone and talk to your tenant when you know there's a problem in the apartment.
