Terrible management, decent neighbors, great price for size
Former Tenant
Pros:
These apartments are huge and cheap
Cons:
Management may respond to issues, but they are hardly EVER resolved properly. From plumbing to pests, they hire the most incompetent, unprofessional people to “fix” issues that come back a week later. This fact alone, makes me say STAY away, this is an old building and there are constant issues that are never addressed properly.
Advice to owner:
Hire COMPETENT people to fix issues and who know what they are doing, and fix issues completely/ stop trying to bandaid cheap solutions

Not great, not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighbors, responsive super, pet-friendly, attractive apartment, quiet building, lower rent compared to some other places.
Cons:
Very slow response from management for any issues that cannot be addressed by super. Elevator was out of order for more than six months. Heat was out for over a week in January one year, gas was out in the whole building for over a month and a half. Water pipes are constantly banging, terrible water pressure and the water sometimes runs brown.
