best super ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
live-in super Vasny was so responsive and efficient. he does great work on repairs. common areas were well-maintained. really appreciated the washer and dryers had an app that could show you if there were any vacant machines available
Cons:
roaches! wish there was a regularly scheduled pest control service

Fine in winter but summer watch out
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s convenient to subway and bus lines. If you luck out and your neighbors are clean and quiet good but if you’re neighbor is noisy you can hear every bit of noise.
Cons:
In the summer cars are parked outside blasting music from 9am to 4am. There is no escape from the random street parties all week long. Random strangers roam in hallways of building.
