Decent apartment living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Been living here just over two years and no complaints about the neighbors or noise levels. People are generally quiet for the most part and respects each other's privacy.
Cons:
Slightly older building so certain things are breaking down here and there. Nothing too big, but it's noticeable.
Advice to owner:
Keep Eusebio and realize that he's an extremely hard worker.

Ok for a budget
Former Tenant
Pros:
Low price compared to the rest of the area. Rent controlled. Nice neighbors. I lived in a studio which was a decent size and had a separate kitchen. Easy lease break.
Cons:
Exterminator came once a month but the building still had bugs living in the walls and floors. Open spaces between the wall and floor or in cupboards allowed roaches to come in to the apartment. Bugs from neighbors’ apartments could crawl under the front door. It took three weeks to get my gas turned on because the super has weird hours, only available 8-1 Monday through Friday.

Home in Flatbush
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is fantastic, I've been here 6 years and feel like it's home. Solid walls and clean inside.
Cons:
We have some heating issues, low water pressure, takes a while for the water to heat up and recently had a case of bedbugs. They need to fix the roof, but for an old building it's par for the course.
Advice to owner:
Heating regulation and hot water and water pressure need attending to.
