Dirty building, Poor Security, becoming a city program building..

Location to public transportation restaurants and shopping..
Cons:
Dirty elevator and building stairs. Dirty smelling Basement that smell of molds when the elevator do go down to the basement. Poor Security Stolen packages and Mail Non residents loitering and smoking pot in the lobby... Only People with Mental disabilities have moving in...(more than usually permitted by the law..Social workers are frequently in the building.. Police are frequently in the building because of incidents..involving certain tenants...
Advice to owner:
Improve cleanliness and security of the building... Packages are frequently stolen.. Mail boxes are broken into frequently..
