Horrible Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to work
Cons:
Constantly have to deal with smoking, nasty, and loud neighbors. When I bring these matters up with the landlord, they do not respond or fix the situation. But make the 1st of the month come and see how fast they are emailing you about the rent.
Advice to owner:
Listen to tenants. Vet tenant better. Quality of people living here as decline drastically.
