Pros:
close to subway, super was nice and responsive, large apartments
Cons:
roaches, heat unpredictable, landlord hard to reach sometimes but would take care of stuff as issues popped up eventually

Proximity to train Beautiful neighborhood Safe block Lots of sunlight Overall comfortable and good sized rooms Safe & quiet building
Cons:
Pests are an issue Sometimes a long delay to get repairs fixed No notice or sometimes explanation when essential utilities like gas or water have had to be shut off Mold
