Pros:
close to subway, super was nice and responsive, large apartments
Cons:
roaches, heat unpredictable, landlord hard to reach sometimes but would take care of stuff as issues popped up eventually

Sometimes a long delay to get repairs fixed
No notice or sometimes explanation when essential utilities like gas or water have had to be shut off
