Avoid at all costs. don't say you weren't warned

Pros

Depending on the floor, your neighbors may be nice and usually pretty quiet. That's about the only nice thing I can honestly say about this building.

Cons

Where do I start? There is a lot of thievery, if you order something, it will probably get stolen. Lots of smoking weed, alcohol consumption in the hallways, broken glass doors, easy opening to building entrance, rat problem, garbage area is atrocious, heat- there is none, you have to call about 15 times before they turn it on and then they'll turn it off again. Constant apartment issues-toilets, bathtub, water, ceiling FALLING DOWN. just avoid. cheap rent isn't worth this.

Advice to the owners

Like maybe care? just basic human decency. You do the absolute bare minimum. the bar is on the floor.

Opt for someplace else

Pros

Down the block from the B/Q, close to cafes and all other types of eateries

Cons

The landlord is unresponsive unless you call 311.

Advice to the owners

Maintain the upkeep of your apartment buildings and their units better.
