Horrible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quite neighbors
Cons:
Roaches everywhere, Management neglects the people who live in the building. They do not maintain upgrades or maintenance on the building or for tenants. They tried to forced you out of the building during a pandemic and do not give you any other options. The super of the building always has an attitude and very unhappy and rude.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super. Instead of forcing people out during a pandemic for in paid rent because they lost their job try to find ways to help. Fix the roach and rat problems. Maintain and do upgrades in all apartments in this building specially the people who have been living there for years.
