Great building bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
building is great, has lots of pre-war charm, on a quiet street, price is right
Cons:
management is extremely hard to contact and very unresponsive. I have had extremely urgent repair issues and been made to wait weeks for even a call back. Repairs are often cheap, incomplete and don't address the root cause of the issue.
Advice to owner:
make actual repairs and respond to your tenants
