Not the best not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are quiet, respectful and neighborly. People mostly mind their own business, but are kind and helpful too. The building is old but the super keeps the general areas clean and manages the trash well.
Cons:
The heater clanking is so loud in the winter and management won’t pay to fix the boiler. Mgmt is not responsive to complaints unless threatened. They have been saying they will repaint the foyer and hallways but haven’t done so for the three years I’ve been living here.
Advice to owner:
Small upgrades go a long way. In order to attract and keep good tenants you have to put in a little bit of money upfront to make living conditions ideal. Those small improvements will be recouped over a short period of time and keep your tenants happy.
