Been here for over 20 years
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is nothing to brag about. It’s a regular building with a new paint job.
Cons:
They don’t clean often even during this pandemic. Probably mop the halls once a week with a dirty mop. Teenagers always smoking in the lobby! Neighbors who play loud music near front entrance also have a lot of foot traffic in and out. Definitely has rats and roaches but if you keep a clean place (place down rat poison and exterminate once a month) you will be ok.
Advice to owner:
Owner changes every 2 to 7 years.

Nope Don’t Move Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
We had a newer renovated unit.
Cons:
Lived here one year than had to get out! People DAILY smoking in the lobby or on the landings of stairwells, leaving trash, the first unit was constantly breaking door so people could come in and out as they pleased- they chain up desks and chairs to the front of building making it look so trashy. Constantly blasting music and having people who don’t live there going about as they please.

Packages started to get stolen constantly and all this got worse during the pandemic! Ended up moving at the end of our lease.

Management does NOTHING and when we had issues property manager would harass us for needing something and then finally calling 3-1-1.
Advice to owner:
Do better.
