Huge But Basic
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are very spacious and the neighbors are solid people
Cons:
The elevator has been out of commission since July 2021. They said approximately 10 weeks to fix and it’s going on 11. Climbing stairs in the summer is not ideal. There has not been an update to the status of the elevator
Advice to owner:
Communicate more to the tenants.
