1st apartment & disappointed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pre-war style, apartment has a lot of space
Cons:
Kitchen always as roaches even though it has been newly renovated. Spending my own money to caulk everything and they are still here. Tenants throw trash out the windows into the alleyway. This causes filth flies to come into my home. Was told we can't have pets but there are dogs in the building. Update: This place is a dump! The roaches are out of control. The block is full of poop, litter, and rats.
Advice to owner:
Fine tennants that litter out windows, take control of pest problem.
