Building deserves better management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, pre-war apartments
Cons:
super had an enormous, untrained dog that attacked residents and guests, even though dogs were not allowed in the building.
Garbage was poorly handled (raw meat on the ground outside the building during the summer.
Vandalism and safety issues. I watched a repairman plaster over a giant leak when I was moving out. There was massive graffiti outside of my apartment. I once saw a live chicken walking around the lobby.
