Former Tenant
Pros:
Old school Brooklyn vibes, buildings tenant populous is reflective of the Caribbean neighborhood. Gradual gentrification that hasn’t yet displaced the culture. When the super does get to fixing things they are fixed correctly.
Cons:
- Super Smokes Cigarettes in the building - Super rarely cleans hallways near garbage shoot - Front door Key mechanism doesn’t often work - packages get stolen and super doesn’t utilize cameras to help (why have cameras than?) - Bugs from gross tenants
Advice to owner:
Faster response times to issues, needs a new super who’s more adept, younger and mobile.
