Not bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively quiet building and spacious apartment
Cons:
Trash could be managed better - but this is more on the tenants not properly recycling and the trash room gets a little packed. It’s usually cleaned up by the next day though.

Could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are friendly and no one steals packages. A package will be in front of someone’s door for days and it never gets touched.
Cons:
The garbage rooms are always messy. The hallways and elevators can be a little cleaner
Advice to owner:
Increase in maintenance!

Don’t Rent from Bronstein
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’m struggling to comment here.
Cons:
Where to start? There is consistently garbage strewn in the hallways. The super is the laziest and most incompetent person I have ever met in my life (the only way I get things fixed is calling 311 - I don’t bother calling Bronstein or Ivan anymore). There has been illegal construction with no posted permits above us for months - work starts early and ends late. Neighbors scream in the hallways at all hours. Common areas are never cleaned and are generally gross. I regret signing a lease for this place and I can’t wait to move out.
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenant maintenance requests and take care of your building.

Subpar living quarters
Former Tenant
Pros:
One of the cleanest old buildings I’ve ever been in Large bedrooms
Cons:
Super drags feet to get any job in the apartment done. You have to keep calling in order to get a proper response. Constant fireworks in the summer Mice and roaches Packages get stolen all the time
