It’s an okay building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very convenient to north flatbush and the city. Very diverse neighborhood, good food and bars. Clean building and garbage management is great.
Cons:
Laundry room closes at 9 pm. Exterminator doesn’t come around as much as before.

You can do better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Prime location nice studios
Cons:
The super goes threw your trash. They take forever to repair anything and then send someone that can’t really fix anything
