Never move here

Pros:
The people living in the building are great
Cons:
The landlord never fixes anything and I mean never. Also the roof leaks and they never fix it properly just patch it up so there are always leaks and mold. They windows are about 40 years old and provide zero insulation in winter and they won’t replace missing screens for the summer. There are cockroaches everywhere and I’ve been here for years but only seen the exterminator once. They never turn the heat on til December and then only for a couple of days. Do not move here. Freezing in winter hot af in summer and perpetual problems bc landlord won’t spend a penny on fixing anything.
Advice to owner:
We pay rent for a service that you are supposed to provide which is an apartment that is live-able. You don’t provide this service even though we pay every month. You need to genuinely fix things!!! Fix the leaky pipes or the mold just keeps coming back! Fix the roof so we don’t get leaks every time it rains!!! Switch out the windows or at the very least turn the heat on in the winter.
